(1) This website (the "Site") and/or the Services, including any related mobile applications (collectively: the "Services") and all offerings and orders for food, beverages and related products from our restaurants and related delivery services ( the "meal delivery services") that we offer through our site is owned and operated by Kaisersaal Bad Bramstedt GmbH (hereinafter also: "we", "us" and "our"). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out the conditions under which visitors or users (collectively: “Users” or “you”) may visit or use the Site and/or the Services and place orders.

(2) By accessing or using the services, you agree to the terms and agree to them with binding effect. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not access the Site or use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our Site or using the Services or hiring any food delivery services. These terms tell you who we are, how to place and cancel orders for food delivery and what to do if you have a problem.

(3) You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into a binding agreement based on these Terms and to use the Services and the Meal Delivery Services. Minors require parental or legal guardian permission to use the Services or to engage the meal delivery services.

Who do we share this data with?

The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform through which we can offer our services to you. Your data may be stored through our hosting provider's data storage, databases and general applications. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall, and it offers secure HTTPS access to most areas of its services.

Notwithstanding the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute privacy or security of any information you upload, post or otherwise disclose to us or others.

For this reason, we would like to ask you to set strong passwords and, if possible, not to transmit to us or others confidential information, the disclosure of which you believe could cause serious or lasting harm to you. How do we deal with minors?
